IDR5 and DCAMS iFrame Production releases were both successfully deployed today. These releases include an exciting DCAMS iFrame feature release and an IDR5 DCAMS Enhanced service rule update that will improve success rates and accuracy.
IDR5 DCAMS Enhanced Rule Update
- We have further fine tuned the verification scoring model for the Enhanced service to more accurately determine a document's authenticity. We expect in most cases the verification success rate to increase by 10% points across all client use cases.
DCAMS iFrame Feature Release
- The iFrame is now tracking document type success rates and acceptance lists per country. Now that the application has this data we are also introducing a feature that will allow you to activate a UX change which will encourage the user to provide the document type that has the best chance of success based on the above two factors in order to increase auto verification success rates.
