IDR5 and DCAMS iFrame Production releases were both successfully deployed today. These releases include better handling of processing errors via the API and iFrame.
IDR5 API:
- In certain cases a query with an empty or corrupted document image would cause a 500 Internal Server Error to occur. The IDR5 system is now recovering these errors and returning a valid JSON body with more detailed information.
iFrame:
- When an API processing error occurred the user's status was being set to "PENDING" when manual review or storage was active. This has now been changed, so that the status will be set to "FAIL". Now that the status is 'FAIL" this user can try again with a new image instead of being stuck in a "PENDING" state.
- Added two new attributes to the callback body. The attributes will inform your application if an API processing error has occurred and what API service was being used.
