IDR5 and DCAMS iFrame Production releases were both successfully deployed today. These releases include a DCAMS iFrame process change and an IDR5 DCAMS Enhanced service rule update.
IDR5 DCAMS Enhanced Rule Update
- In certain cases, especially with international documents, the default rule set was failing documents as unverified when in fact they should have been categorized as verified. We have released an update to change this logic and expect clients to experience an increased pass rate of authenticated documents.
DCAMS iFrame Process Change
- This change only affects clients that have selfie match activated. In certain cases, since selfie was a two step collection process, the callback was firing multiple times and certain customers were not being stored when storage was also active. Therefore, this change collects all three documents upfront to avoid both issues.
